Dear Valued Customers
We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during these trying times and we hope to see everyone again very soon. We wanted to let everybody know that as of April 4th we have been deemed a non-essential business. Therefore, we cannot open our doors until given permission by the Government.
We wanted to keep everyone updated on some temporary changes to our policies. We are still accepting bookings at this time, with the hopes that this will come to an end soon and life will get back to normal. However, we will no longer be accepting deposits; we will simply contact our customers once the government allows us to open. At that time, we will follow up with all reservation requests and start securing deposits. We understand some customers have already paid deposits and are unsure of the future. Any customer that is unable to fulfill their booking due to COVID-19 can request a full refund.
We will also be taking extra precautions to ensure the cleanliness of our cottages. We will make sure to thoroughly sanitize all surfaces and customers will be required to bring their own linens, towels, face clothes, tea towels, etc. Please bring your own personal sanitization products ie. hand sanitizer and soap, as we do not provide these.
We would like to take a minute to thank all the essential workers out there who are risking their own safety for everyone else. You are the true heroes! Stay strong, the whole world is standing behind you.
Please stay home and stay safe! The sooner we flatten the curve the sooner we can get back to life. We are all in this together!
